Alan,

You have a couple possibilities.
1) Setup one as a DUN/RAS server, and the other as a DUN/RAS client. Dial
directly from one to the other.
2) Use the modems to connect to the internet. Setup file sharing between the
two (NOT recommended), or VPN between the two (recommended).
