Network sharing

I have to computers. One is connected to network provider, Two will
be connected to one.

Is that possible to share internet connection in XP in way that second
computer is not visible to network provider and its LAN. I mean two
computers at home are visible as one for everyone from lan and internet
?
 
Yes, you can do that with ICS.

However if you've got ADSL (Broadband) then I'd suggest a modem/router as
the better solution. More secure, and doesn't rely on one computer being left
on 24/7.
