Network Shares

I'm about at my wits end on this. About 3 weeks ago, my
shares stopped being accessible.

This is windows 2000. Stand Alone. In the Computer
Management, the Shares are defined. File Sharing is set up
on the network card.

But the shares cannot be accessed(not even by the local
Server). When using Net Use I get a 53 error.


This is driving me insane. Rebuilding is not an option.

Have you checked permission on the local level to see if
the local admin has been removed

Sounds silly, but have you tried removing the shares and setting them up
again.

Problem with permissions? Look under System log in Event viewer
