Attempting to setup a home network using the wizard. When I get to the wizard
screen that gives you the option to "Create a Network Setup Disk," it says
Network Setup Wizard can't find a floppy drive or other removable media? I
have an internal DVD/CD writer as well as an external cd burner? Any
suggestions? Anyone? Thanks in advance.

If all machines are XP, then just tell the Wizard you don't need to
create a Setup Disk. Then run the Network Setup Wizard on the other
computer(s). Reboot all machines, adjust firewalls as needed, and your
network should be fine.

In addition to Malke's good advice, here's how you can run the Wizard
on any Windows 98 or Me computers -- copy this file to a DVD, CD, or
USB flash drive:

C:\Windows\System32\Netsetup.exe
