Network Segments unable to vbe seen on or view the network

I have recently encountered a problem where the several
network segments are unable to view or be viewed on the
network. I can ping the sites fine and access the systems
there. However, they are not visible in the domain when
viewed in My Network Places. I am running a variety of
different versions of Windows throughout, from Win 95 to
XP, so I do have a WINS server setup. What could be the
problem?
 
Check, that all your servers and clients are pointing to the WINS server and
check registrations in WINS server.
