Network Resource is Unavailable

When attempting to run a windows install for HP 5110 multi-
function printer, I receive the windows Installer error:

The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource
that is unavailable.

..... then it prompts for entering the path to the
installation package setup.msi.

The install does work on some laptops, not others. Any
ideas?
