startup, Network resource is unavailable; mssmlbiz.msi missing

i have been using outlook 2003 with Business Contact Managerfor 2 yrs now...
and recently upgraded (using the online downloader). Now when i start Outlook
i get a message "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource
that is unavailable.

Click ok to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the
installation package "mssmlbiz.msi" in the box below"

in the box below is
c:\28b827563ede562ee6

has anybody got any ideas?

Geoff, I have exactly the same problem since I loaded Office2007 Beta. Please
keep me in the loop if you find an answer. I am almost tempted to blow 2007
away and go back to 2003.
