Network Recycle Bin ?

On my network people are deleting files from the server,
but we cannot find a recycle bin where these files are
going. Should they be going to the W2K Server Recycle Bin
or the local Recycle Bin of where it is being deleted from?

when a file is deleted over the network, it is gone forever.
configure users so they CANT delete files unless they need to, then
selectively give that permission
