Network properties doesn't appear

Hi all

When opening up my "local area connection" and then
clicking the "properties" button, the properties windows
doesn't show up.

What would be the cause and fix for this?

It's XP PRO SP1

If your ISP is AOL or MSN then they don't support properties. Is this the
case?
