Network Printer Configuration

Hi Everyone,

I have a network which has some number around 60 pc's WinXP and are going to
connect to a Unix server. I have already configured printer on Unix server to
print on PC's. Unix Serever has some 15 printers installed and goal is to be
able to print to all of them from any PC.

Is there a way that I can copy an configuration file, of one of the PC's
Iv'e already configured to the other 59 PCs without have to add printer for
each printer of server on each PC.

Thanks

Note - posting your valid e-mail address in a newsgroup post, or in your
news account settings, is a surefire way to get spam and SWEN and other
viruses sent to you....see http://www.mailmsg.com/SPAM_munging.htm for help
in the future, but note that now that your address is out there, there's not
much you can do other than changing your address.

Lanwench,

I downloaded the printmig and installed on tow pc's, one with the printers
already configured, the other with no printers configured.

I made a backup on the first annd a restore on the second.

Results: it only copied printers that where local to machine one. Network
printers didn't get configured.

have I done something wrong ?

thanks,

Hugo
