Network Printer Busy problem

Hello:

I am migtrating the old printer server from NT4 to Win2K3. I have
setup a new Win2K3 Printer Server & setup all the printer (Through
TCP/IP Printer Server)
However, when they print at the same times it will got another Print
Server busy & not resume until the printer have reset.

Does any way to fix it?

When you say "when they print at the same times" do you mean all the printer
shares on the windows 2003 server or are you attempting to share the same
printer on the NT4 box and the Windows 2003 server?
