Network Neighborhood

I have a peer to peer network. When any computer trys to
open the workgroup an error message appears stating that
unable to browse network. If you type the UNC path in the
run command they will connect.
 
The workgroup names on all machines must match. There must be identical
user accounts on each machine (including identical passwords).
