network error while connecting to server

I am trying to use my webcam while in yahoo messenger.
Everytime I try to connect it gives me the
message "network error while connecting to server". I am
running windows XP and I am pretty sure there are no
firewalls
 
check youre internet setings. or test out youre video cam
on msn chat / whiteboard
