Network Drives Disappear

Some of my networked drives seem to disappear when a user logs in. One of the
users is on the Terminal Server, the others are within the network using
Windows 98. All other networked drives show up but their personal storage
drives are not appearing. I currently have this in the login.bat general file:

H:"\\servername\users\%username%"

Most of the users on this server can see their personal storage drive. I am
at a loss as to why this happens. All of the other users use the same login
script.

Windows 9x and NT can't map a drive letter to anything but an actual share -
as in, in your case, "users". Look into the SUBST command if you don't want
to share each individual folder.

Also - if possible, get rid of your 9x PCs once and for all - 2kPro or XP
Pro will make your life MUCH MUCH easier.
