Network & Dial-Up Connections EMPTY

N

Nicole

I'm running Win2K Professional. My laptop connects fine to
my LAN both via ethernet cable & wireless card. However,
when I go into Network Properties to try & change TCP/IP
&/or DNS settings, the windows are simply NOT there. Can
anyone help?

Hi Nicole,

Be sure the Network Connections service is running in Services.
We have also seen this happen from third party product installs. Boot into Safe Mode with
Networking and see if they are there.

Thanks,
Gary
