Network connectivity with Office network

I am trying to connect to my office network . I am able to see all the workgroup computers but every time i start the computer i have to give my network username and passowrd to connect to any share. Does any one have idea why it's doing this or is there a way to have permanent connection?
 
You can setup a shared drive in which you "connect as another user"

Give the username as <DOMAIN>\<username> and your regular office
password
