How can I find out what program is using my dial-up network connection?

It could be one of several on your own computer, or if you have internet
sharing, it could be one of several on any computer(s) connected to your
network.

To see if it is a remote connection request, turn off internet sharing and
see if any connection requests are made when you do this. If none then the
request is comming in from a remote source.

If it is connecting then it is coming from your PC. First check you have no
viruses or spyware or trojans. Then look at what programs you have running
eg. virus automtatic updates, windows automtaic updates, etc.
