Network Connection Folder

Can not access the network connections folder. Just
removed the W32.Blaster.Worm but this problem was before
this worm. I click on the 'network connections' folder
from control panel and nothing. Also try from the link
at the left of window 'view network connections' and
still nothing. The internet connection still works by
clicking on IE and connecting that way. But I can't view
ANY network connections.
