Network card dead on first boot for opk XP on d865perl mother board

The on board nic will go dead during the first boot of
Windows XP after a reseal has been done. It will not turn
back on until the system is reset. We have 20 systems with
this problem. I have tried serveral different bios's.
We use this opk on all mother boards

I'm not exactly clear on the question but your best bet for a response is on
the network_web board. Go to the following link, scroll the list on the
