Network Cable Unplugged

I get that message every now and then and it does not matter wich cable i
use it just pops on and says that like simetimes every minute. I have all my
lates drivers and all oh also i am, on a laptop if that gives any hints. Its
a pretty anoying message that just come on in the bottom of the scrreen when
im connected. It pops up for a second and right back off. Help me if u can,

Here are some things to try:

1. Un-plug the device (hub, switch, router, cable or DSL modem, etc)
that the computer connects to, wait a minute, and plug it back in.

2. Try a different hub, switch, or router port.

3. Turn off any power saving options in the network adapter's
properties.
