Network Browser Crash

I am using Win XP SP2 on my lap top and Win XP SP1 on the desk top. Both are
using Trend’s Anti-Virus protection. For the last month or so every time we
try to browse the network the system reboots. I have tried turning off al the
fire walls and turning off the virus protection. But I still can not solve or
find the problem. The blue screen gives me the following message:
Driver_IRQL_not_Less_or_Equal
Stop: 0x000000D1 (0x0118007, 0x0000002, 0x00000000, 0xF96F54C9)
Tmtdi.sys Address F96F54C9 base at F96F5000, Date Stamp 402762e1
Beginning dump of Physical memory.

The only hardware each computer has in common is the linksys router.
