Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_Than_Or_Equal Error and Crash

I have been running Windows 2K Pro for a long time now,
and just recent, I'd say this month, I've been having
problems. It will just randomly crash on me. I get the
error that follows:

STOP 0x000000D1 (0x7E55001B, 0x0000002, 0x00000001,
0xBDA144C7) DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Beginning dump of physical memory

Is this just a general crash? Or is there something more
specific here. Any clues to the problem, please let me
know. If you need to know more about my system, please
ask.
