stop errors

When using a Microsoft Sidewinder and fifa 2002, the
following stop error happens during the game

Driver IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal, with the following stop
error below

0x000000D1 (0x00000001, 0x0000002, 0x00000000, 0x82D7F4D8)

A search of the Knowledge Base doesn't show anything for
0x000000D1 apart from shutting down the computer.

Could anyone please let me know if they know what the
error means, or have discovered a fix.
