network bridge

I managed somehow to mess up the network bridge and
cannot delete it. It is not enabled, I cannot enable it
repair it or delete it.(error is : an unexpected error
occurred while configuring the network bridge)
When I open properties, under the general tab, adapters
area has no entries.
Under the Lan or high speed internet I have a LAN and a
1394 connection.
Running a home LAN on a router, XP and 2000
Any ideas how to delete this network bridge ?

Try hack install some network adapter, and delete it from there.
OR go back using System restore .

Try running the Network Wizard. It worked for me.
