network auto disconnected

Hi, recently I have been experiencing this problem where my network just
disconnected by itself. The router that I am using is DI-624, and every once
in a while, I will get this popup saying that my Local Area Connection is
Disconnected. Then I have to reconnect my msn or icq inorder for it to work
again. I have look into the knowledge base at the DLink website, but no
suggestions are given. So any help would be appreciated...
