Network Adaptor not fond on device manager

When I start windows, internet does not work and there are no network
adaptors shown in device manager.
If I then restart the computer, the network adaptors is shown in device
manager, and internet works.
Any advice on how I can get the device manager working on initial startup
would be welcome. Network adaptor is a VIA Rhine II Fast Ethernet Adaptor>
Thanks
Jon

Jon, Go to the Adaptors Manufacturers website and look for a update of
the driver. Download and from Device Manager rt click on Adaptor and
select Update driver. Just follow the instructions. Or if you have the
driver on a Software CD reinstall it.

go to the computer webside (Dell, IBM. Apple, or other) and look for support
or driver download. Look for the network drivers and download the version you
need, first to the desktop and later open de download. I you post the type
of computer we can help you with the link :p
