network adapter driver

Where can I find a driver for this type of network adapter
For win2000 server:
"ACCTON Cheetah Power 10/100 fast ethernet Adapter
Model No:AC-EN3200BW"
I searched through the accton site but don't found a thing.
Could you Please help me?
