Network Account Question

Greetings:

I've been given an account on a windows 2000 network.
I want to install an application but do not want it to
appear to anyone using this workstation except me. How
can this be done?
 
Make sure that all application shortcuts are kept in
c:\documents and settings\JackSmith rather than in
c:\documents and settings\All Users
