I have been using the NETWATCH.EXE utility found on the Windows Resource Kit
CD.

* Can this utilty be launched from the command prompt with its associated
switches ? No switches seem to be available.

What switches do you expect ?
You can pass multiple computernames via command line. The preceeding
backslashes ore optional.
