netshell

I need to change from DHCP to static IPs or back at
runtime so I added the Netshell component. Unfortunately
this component doesn't add netsh.exe to the image files.
After manually adding it XPe still doesn't have all the
required files.

Is this a feature ?

What are the components/files I need to add to the image ?
