netsh and WEP, LEAP

I'm hoping to find a command line solution to configuring a Cisco 350
Aironet's wireless encryption parameters, but more generally, any 802.11x
wireless configuration/adapter.

I know well the netsh ways to configure IP addresses/netmasks/DHCP, etc, but
do not know of a way to configure WEP and other wireless security protocol
values. Perhaps it's buried in netsh somewhere but I can't see it.

Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks,
