Try to pinpoint what installed anitray to begin with. A google search shows
this file as part of a trojan:
http://www.pestpatrol.com/PestInfo/s/swift_remote_1_06.asp

and as part of an animated tray icon tool that's for Win95! Definitely a
red flag when you're running WinXP as chances are very high that you do not
have this program installed (reference:
http://www.jcomsoft.com/anitray.htm)

Most of google's references lead back to the trojan/backdoor category and
to various security sites. I've never used Pest Control but they have a
good info database that reference many unwanted bits (entirely up to you if
you want to try their program or not). The page that the Pest Control link
goes to lists the files involved that should be removed.
