NetScheduleJobAdd returns error: 1702

Hi,

until recently our (Delphi 7) application worked fine. But since a couple of
weeks the Win32 api call: NetScheduleJobAdd returns NET_API_STATUS 1702.
- what is causing this error?
- how can I solve it?
The error occurs on several win2k systems and a win2003 server. Using an AT
command manually works fine...

Hi

That is because the web interface Microsoft provides for the news
groups (that you currently use) does not support attachments.

Use a newsreader (e.g. Outlook Express) to access the groups to
get to the attachment.
