Netscape not able to start on new computer

I recently purchased a new computer - installed my
Windows 2000 Pro and Service Pack 4, installed my browser
software, got Windows updates, copied files from old
computer drives to new drive (documents, games, and email
folders). Tried to kick off my Netscape browser to
configure it and it won't start...
 
Hi - this is a group for Windows 2000...I suggest you try Netscape support
for best results. You haven't given us much to work with (error messages,
event log errors, etc)...
