Netscape 7.1

I am trying to install Netscape 7.1 on a friend's
computer, and it won't open. I have diabled anti-virus
and tried numerous other fixes to no avail.

Has anyone encountered this problem?

Check in with s
If you have a GRE directory (aka as a Windows "folder") from a prior
installation, delete it to the RECYCLE BIN, then attempt install once again.
