Netscape 7.1

Hey I just recently upgraded my system to XP professional.
I am having trouble with my Netscape 7.1. I downloaded it
and it just will not run. I do not recieve an error
message or anything.

Has anyone else had an issue like this and how did you fix
it?

Turn off any download accelerator style utilities. Then, temporarily stop
the anti-virus scanner system and run the SETUP to install the program. I
had the same problem with my first download on Netscape 7.1.

can go up to 400-500kb/sec on broadband or DSL connection it is the
