NetMeeting - unable to accept calls

Trying to N.M. into my home box from work. I set up
desktop sharing at home to accept calls. When I start N.M.
at work and pump in my home IP, I immediately get "The
computer you are calling is not able to accept netmeeting
calls" or something like that.

Any ideas?

1. NM turned on at home? (the obvious question, but gotta ask anyway).
2. Firewall at work stopping outbound calls, or firewall at home
stopping inbound calls?
