Netmeeting error msg: "The other party did not accept your call."

Hi,

I am trying to host a NetMeeting but the other party is
receiving the following error message "The other party
did not accept your call." I have selected the
automatically accept call function on NetMeeting and all
the ports on the other party's computer is opened. Could
this be a firewall problem?

Any suggestions???
