Netmeeting in Window XP

I just install the window XP. Unlucky i cannot run the
netmeeting 3 and my web cam can not connect to the device
as well.

Is anyone can help me

NetMeeting is there ... just no icon. Execute conf.exe in the "run" window.

Netmeeting is included with winxp. Go to run box and type conf.exe
