I have a puzzling situation with Netmeeting. When I call someone else he
cannot hear me. When he calls me we have full audio. I've tried this with a
couple of different people with the same results.
Here's what I've tried, say my computer is A. B is a remote computer
accessed through a VPN. C is another computer in this office on the same
subnet.
A calls B. No audio.
B calls A. Full audio.
B calls C. Full audio.
C calls B. Full audio.
A calls C. No audio.
C calls A. No audio.
Another funny part of the story is that this has happened with two
computers. When I got this new one, audio worked for a short while (once I
configured the right audio driver). Then, at some unknown time, it stopped
working correctly. As near as I can tell we have compatible settings for
things like security.
What could be going on and where should I be looking to solve this issue?
Also, what does it take to get audio going in meetings with 3 or more
participants? As it is the first to join gets the audio and the rest are out
of luck.
Thanks,
Steve
