NETLOGON Event 5722

I am getting NETLOGON error that indicate that the "machine name" was expected to be "machinename$" and therefore cannot authenticate. I was told that there was a Hot Fix that Microsoft would e-mail to you if you had this problem, but I've been unable to find it on the Knowledgebase

Anyone know where I can get it
