Netlogon error 5788 Access is denied

I keep getting this 5788 NETLOGON "access is denied" error
on all my servers besides the domain controllers.I have
checked the accounts allowed acess in the group policy and
it looks good. I followed the Knowledge base article #
257734 but it has not helped. Do you have any suggestions
where to look to resolve this issue.
