Event ID errors 5788 and 5789

I just upgraded my NT4.0 domain to W2K AD. Most of the
install went smooth except a few things. And I cannot tell
if this problem is critical or not, so far it does not
appear to be a serious problem, but I'd really like to
clear it up.
All W2K PC's are getting Event ID errors 5788 and 5789 at
bootup. I have tried to suggestions from KB Article
257734, but none of these suggestions seem to help.

If anyone knows the solution please let me know!
Thanks for your assistance!
