NETLOGON Error 5719

Hi,

my DC reports the following Error for which I cannot find any MS acrticles:

Source: NETLOGON
Type: Error
Event ID: 5719

Description:
No Windows NT or Windows 2000 Domain Controller is available for Domain
DOMAIN.
The following Error occured:
Not enough storage is available to process this command.
______________________________________________________________________

Can anyone tell me what "Not enough storage is available to process this
command." means?

I just found the following KB article: 317854 (I obviously overlooked this
one ;-)

SYMPTOMS
System Monitor may display a steady increase in pool nonpaged bytes and the
computer may stop responding (hang). The memory leak occurs on Windows
2000-based servers that run Routing and Remote Access and virtual private
networking (VPN). If you analyze the nonpaged pool tags you determine that
NDPt is the largest consumer of nonpaged pool. The following event may be
recorded:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: NETLOGON
Event Category: None
Event ID: 5719
Date: 6/19/2001
Time: 11:18:35 PM
User: N/A
Computer: Computername
Description:
No Windows NT or Windows 2000 Domain Controller is available for domain
Domainname. The following error occurred: Not enough storage is available to
process this command.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000.

The issue is, my DC already has SP4 installed and the problem still
persists.

Any ideas?
