Port 139 is used NETBIOS, locally you can always see this
port, but if you do a scen trhough internet, isnt port 139
automaticly blocked for those other people on the internet.

Jst,

If you have File and Printer Sharing setup on your
machine, say for local network access, and went on the
Internet without a Firewall switched on, then 139 will be
exposed as Open. The port will only be blocked if you
have a Firewall blocking it.
