Changing the netbios default port

Chris

Is there any way of changing the default netbios port 139 to something else?
My ISP has blocked all traffic on ports 137 and 139.
I need to use file sharing between 2 locations using Netbios over TCP/IP.

Is there any other way than Netbios that will do the trick?

Thanks in advance

I don't think so -- note that all clients and servers would have to agree
on the change in any case.

Consider a VPN through your ISP if that is allowed. Tunnel the NetBIOS
through the VPN.

What are you trying to do that is NetBIOS dependent (some things ARE
important)?

This is my scenario:
I have 2 PCs at remote locations.
These PC's are members of my win2k domain.
Previously I could access these PC's with \\computername\
Now that my ISP has blocked ports 137 and 139 I am unable to access these
PC's as described above.
