can anyone decipher the following for me?

I get the following entries when i do a 'netstat -o' on the command prompt.

TCP MANCHESTER:1133 kent:netbios-ssn ESTABLISHED 4
TCP MANCHESTER:1132 kent:microsoft-ds TIME_WAIT 0
