I am unable to view the computers in my domain when Netbios over TCP is
disabled.

I am unable see other DCs in terminal Services Manager when netbios over TCP
is disabled on its NIC and NT-BACKUP does not see the DC from another machine

Also I am unable browse my child domains

netbios is how network places is populated. I know we were told you could
eliminate netbios in a completely ms w2k or better environment but I have not
found that to be true.

Try this:

Windows 2000 Server"
