Netbios names cannot get access after vpn

after connecting from vpn the netbios file access not showing up pretty
quick ?

what should I do ?

I got DNS addresses for my vpn clients, but still they cannot get thru
netbios names.... ?
 
DNS names are resolved (surprise) by the DNS server. To get the same sort
of thing for Netbios names, you need to run WINS on the LAN, and make sure
all your LAN clients register in WINS.
