Net User command

I want to issue the Net User command in a batch file to change the password
of a selected user. I would like to ensure that the user is then prompted to
change their password the next time they sign on. I see the expiration
parameter on the command, but no reset. Is there a way to force the user
with this command to change their password the next time they log on?
